Mosaic Learning was founded by Rosie Gray, an experienced Learning and Development Consultant. She helps organisations improve business results by maximising the performance of key individuals.

Rosie has worked successfully with clients of all sizes - from household names to small, specialised companies, professional partnerships, and the voluntary sector. She has successfully partnered with senior executives, managers and professionals from a wide range of market sectors.

Rosie is particularly interested in identifying what the highest performers do that makes them so successful, and enabling others to learn their tips and techniques easily and quickly.Her approach is practical, highly effective and refreshing.

Rosie designs and delivers group programmes. She also works 1:1 with clients, providing coaching and feedback to meet specific learning and business objectives.

Rosie draws on a wealth of experience in talent development and organisational change. She's delivered results on major change management projects, talent attraction and retention, competency frameworks and employee relations. She is a graduate and a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). She has considerable business and line management experience in major multi-national organisations.

Rosie has continued her studies in human behaviour and communication excellence. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Accredited Practitioner in the use of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). She has been awarded a Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring. Rosie also uses psychometric and 360 degree profiling to support recruitment and development goals.

Rosie is supported by experienced coaches and consultants with a wealth of complementary expertise. We can deliver programmes 1:1 or in a group format.
